Who you agree with
These terms are an agreement between you, the business that runs a casino and creates a kinematic account for it, and HYPR PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202520273N), which runs kinematic ("we"). They apply to every casino you set up.
The service
- The dashboard, where you set up your casino, customize its games, deploy its game server and follow it.
- The game server, a prebuilt Cloudflare Worker you deploy from the dashboard into your own Cloudflare account. It serves the games to your site and runs every bet. In live mode it debits and credits your wallet.
- Auto-update is on by default. Your game servers move to each new release of the game server we publish.
- Each game server fetches its settings from the dashboard, so your changes reach it without a redeploy, and sends us reports: counters of bets and errors, its health and its recent errors. It sends no player names.
Fees
You pay a flat fee for your size tier, billed each quarter upfront. Your tier comes from the monthly deposits you declare when you sign up and at each renewal; the fee does not depend on your bets or your revenue.

You pay in USDC, USDT or SOL through Solana Pay, from your wallet straight to ours. A SOL price holds for 15 minutes from the moment you choose SOL. Only entirely unused months are refundable. A month that has begun counts as used.
The kill switch
The kill switch stops new bets on your game servers. It stops new bets only and never blocks settling bets already placed, including when you stop paying. You can use it from the dashboard, and we may use it when you stop paying.
Solana fees
Until further notice, kinematic funds the Solana fees of recording your bets, under fair use.
What kinematic guarantees
Kinematic guarantees fair, verifiable outcomes and a correct game server. Payment guarantees, disputes, bonds and enforcement are your business.
Your part
- You hold the licences your casino needs wherever you offer its games.
- Your players are your customers. Their accounts, identity checks, limits, support and complaints are yours.
- Your wallet holds your players' money. You keep it running, answer your game servers' debits and credits, and keep its secret safe.
- Your game servers run in your Cloudflare account, under your agreement with Cloudflare and at your cost. You keep that account in good standing and decide who can reach it.
- You keep the secrets the dashboard shows you, and your team's accounts, safe.
