Who we are
HYPR PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202520273N), runs kinematic and is responsible for the data described here. Write to hello@kinematic.run about anything in it.
Your account
Your name, your email address and a hash of your password, never the password itself. While you are signed in, we keep your session with the IP address and the browser it came from. We email you to confirm your address, to reset your password and to pass on invitations to a casino.
Your casino's settings
What you enter in the dashboard: your casino's name, declared deposits, mode, currencies and limits, allowed origins, session issuer, wallet URL, games, element name, theme and logo, and who is on your team. We keep a record of who changed what, and when.
Reports from your game servers
Your game servers send us counters (bets, settlements, refusals and errors by code), your wallet's response times, their health, the state of their Solana recording and their recent errors. They send no player names. We keep these reports for 30 days.
Cloudflare tokens and secrets
When you connect your Cloudflare account, we store the tokens Cloudflare issues for it encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and use them to deploy and manage your game servers. Your casino's secrets are stored encrypted the same way.
Payments
You pay kinematic on Solana, a public chain: the paying address, the amount and the time of each payment are public there. We store each payment's transaction signature, its paying address and the amount received.
Where it is kept
The dashboard runs on Cloudflare, which stores this data for us. We use cookies only to keep you signed in.
How long
We keep your game servers' reports for 30 days, and your account and your casino's data while your account exists.
